EFM has recently invested in the introduction of a new billing IT platform which connects directly to our despatch software solutions allowing EFM and our client’s greater control, security and access to information and reporting.
EFM has a dedicated invoice team who ensure that all invoices are vetted and that our clients receive one consolidated invoice no matter how many carriers they might utilise. We are also able to supply this to clients in varying formats according to our client’s needs.
